Yes, you will be able to track when your gift is delivered. A copy of the consignment number will be emailed to your email supplied at checkout. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received your tracking details.

We recommend that someone will be home to accept the delivery to avoid any chocolates being left outside or in the heat and get a little sticky. However if no one is home our couriers will leave a card for the recipient to pick up/organise redelivery however they have Authority To Leave if the recipient is not there. They will leave your gift in a safe place so please let us know if you do not want this and there may be an additional charge.

Yes, you can choose a delivery day for your gift delivery however this is done on a best efforts basis only due to the courier times being outside of our control. We can often 'time’ the despatch of the jars based on our previous experience with each courier however its best to leave an extra day just in case there are any delays.

We can’t guarantee exact timings however we get them right in 95% of deliveries.

Yes, the Lolly Mail couriers deliver our Personalised Lolly Jars Australia wide. Some rural addresses will be delivered to the local depot.

Your Lolly Mail will arrive by courier (or alternative delivery partners if requested) in a beautifully colourful Lolly Mail branded box.

Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility, including any business names and hospital wards where applicable. If your gift is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect/redeliver the gift and may also cause delay in delivery.

Yes, however please note that PO Boxes require standard Australia Post shipping. Our couriers unfortunately are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
